A reusable pop-up shop. A community space. A place to connect with life-changing work that’s happening in your local neighbourhood and also far beyond.
The entire store is designed as a modular pop-up kit, built to pack down into a standard van, making it easy to take the concept on the road.
Bold typography, colours and positive, immediate messages were printed direct to media on a standard size sheet of OSB timber board. These over-sized point of sale displays combine to form a flexible backdrop for hand-made gifts, volunteering opportunities and community events.
The neighbours not strangers shop concept supports Empathy Action’s core work to deepen understanding between people from different backgrounds while promoting local volunteering opportunities. It’s as much a mobile shop as it is a backdrop for community engagement.
